Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MGtex UG, Arndtstr.15, 41238 Mönchengladbach, E-Mail: liem@mgtex.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
