General terms and conditions of business

§ 1 Scope
1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop “savedsoul”.
2. Any differing terms and conditions of the buyer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

§ 2 Contractual Partners
1. The purchase agreement is concluded with MGtex UG for the Saved Soul collection, Arndtr. 15, 41238 Mönchengladbach, Germany, email: liem@mgtex.de
2. The contract is concluded through the buyer's order and the seller's confirmation.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
1. By submitting the order, the buyer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
2. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the buyer's order by issuing an order confirmation.

§ 4 Prices and Payment
1. All prices are quoted in €.
2. Payment is made using the payment methods specified on the website.

§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
1. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer.
2. Shipping costs are displayed to the buyer during the order process.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (see cancellation policy).

§ 7 Warranty and Liability
1. The warranty is governed by the statutory regulations.
2. The seller is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

§ 8 Final Provisions
1. German law applies.
2. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the rest of the contract shall remain unaffected.
